For consultations, procedures, and surgical appointments, the following cancellation guidelines typically apply:

  • Non-refundable deposits: Most cosmetic and elective procedures require a deposit to secure a surgical date. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • 72-hour cancellation notice: Cancelling or rescheduling within 72 hours of a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.
